CULTURE & TRAVEL: Paris et La Vie Quotidienne (Everyday LIFE IN PARIS)

Bon 14 juillet!

Happy Bastille Day France!

If there is one thing I've noticed about living in a major tourist destination, it's that people think you're living this "fantasy" life all the time! Truly, my Paris is less glamorous than one might imagine when they think of the City of Love. Yet, Paris is the place where I truly get to be inspired and make a meaningful experience out of even the most mundane activities- like running errands (faire des courses, in french) for example. Today, on this national holiday I am reflecting on my experiences and celebrating my time here.

La beauté est partout.

(Même dans la rue!)

LIFE DOESN'T HAVE TO BE A FAIRY-TALE MOVIE TO BE ENJOYED. every moment holds a valuable lesson, inspiration and INHERENT beauty. Be open, be willing, AND DECIDE TO Learn something new everyday.
JUST Don't forget to celebrate.

ALORS Bonne fête!
Paris, Je t'aimE!

BIAFINE. * Pssst. IntoTheGloss talks about how to navigate a French Pharmacy here. If I were to recommend leaving with anything from Paris, it would be the skincare. Seriously. Forgo the corny Keepsakes.
